Rum Fire is excited to introduce our new executive chef, the Basque-French Born chef Jerome Lagarde. He brings with him his own version of modern eating & dining from a wide range of cultures which he has experienced from all over the world. His career has seen him work in and run prestigious restaurants in places including Hong-Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Los Angeles and France. Jerôme Lagarde has now brought his expertise to Rum Fire. For Jerôme, a meal is not only good food but an experience for all of your senses. He wants you to experience the great places he seen throughout his career with his refined cooking, and you show techniques learned from the many different parts of the world that he has been to.
